Developer Aldar Properties on Monday announced the launch of a new mixed-use project – Al Ghadeer – worth 10 billion dirhams (US $ 2.7 billion).
Al Ghadeer is located next to several important new industrial zones and facilities in the UAE.
The project consists of more than 14,4 thousand residential units, including villas, townhouses and two-storey apartments, which will be rented for 15 years. The buildings will be located in five zones on the border between Abu Dhabi and Dubai, in Seih Sdeira.
The cost of two-story apartments starts from 290 thousand dirhams ($ US 79 thousand), and the price for townhouses starts from 899.9 thousand ($ US 245 thousand).
The first district, consisting of 611 homes, went on sale on Cityscape Abu Dhabi on April 17.
It is assumed that Al Ghadeer will be able to offer residents and guests a calm and safe environment. Al Ghadeer offers a wide range of accommodation for families, including affordable luxury accommodation, with apartments, townhouses and villas.
Also, in 2017 Aldar Properties announced of the construction of a hotel and residential project Vida Hotels and Resorts, which is scheduled to be completed by 2020, and two residential projects: Meera and the Bridges.
At the same time, the 16-story Meera building has already been built. The Vida Hotel and Residences will be a hotel for 262 rooms and 192 serviced residences.
The Bridges project has 1,272 accommodation units, ranging from 450,000 dirhams (US $ 123,300) per studio to 1.5 million dirhams (US $ 410,000) for a three-bedroom apartment. A mosque, cafes and restaurants, a shopping center, a skate park, playgrounds and a fountain will be built in the park. Everything is planned to be ready in 2018.
