This will also help attract investors who are looking for great opportunities in a stable market with guaranteed return on investment in addition to the unique characteristics of Dubai, making the emirate one of the leading destinations for investment.

The agreement was signed just two years before the start of Expo 2020, where Dubai will showcase its outstanding projects, excellent design and energy efficiency. IPAD laureates will be evaluated at international or 5-star levels. Winners in the second category will continue to compete at the regional level and will also be able to take part in the international standings, the results of which will be announced in London at the end of 2018.
