Dubai Creek Harbor
The tallest building in the city – Dubai Tower worth $ 1 billion will be built on the territory of the Dubai Creek Harbor. In a skyscraper that will compete with Burj Khalifa for the title of the most iconic building of Dubai, there will be an open high viewing platform with a 360-degree view, from where the city and its surroundings will be seen. And on the viewing platform of the VIP-class, according to the builder, “the magnificent Hanging Gardens of Babylon” will be recreated. When the project is fully completed in 2025, Dubai Creek Harbor (6 million sq. m.) is twice the size of Downtown Dubai. There will be other bright objects of tourist interest – coastal eco-resorts, harbor and yacht club, galleries, as well as large areas of commercial and commercial real estate. The completion of the first phase of the project is planned to be in 2020.
Six Flags Dubai theme park
Six Flags Dubai will be the first version of the famous American theme park in the Middle East and the newest project of Dubai Parks & Resorts. It will open its doors next year and will present visitors with roller coasters, live performances and other entertainment that have no analogues in the world.
The guests will be able to visit six roller coasters, the 350-meter water attraction River Rapids, three scenes. The park will offer lots of entertainment for the young audience. It is worthy to note, that Six Flags Dubai will have at least three attractions that will beat world records. The park will also open 16 restaurants and 16 shops.
Marsa Al Arab
The new coastal sight of Dubai will combine two manmade islands, which are now being created next to the 7-star Burj Al Arab hotel. It will make the coastline of Dubai to increase by another 2.2 km. One of the islands will be devoted to entertainment and family tourism, and on the other will be luxurious villas and a private harbor. Among the main attractions of the islands are an expanded and improved water park Wild Wadi; Theater for 1700 seats, where for the first time in the Middle East will be performances of the circus Cirque du Soleil; Museum Dubai Pearl Museum, dedicated to pearls; 400 restaurants and many retail stores.
It is planned to be open in 2020.
